All Sales Are Final

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Each item is created specifically for your order, and as such, all sales are final once the purchase is completed.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging and quality control, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  1. Contact us at reesedanaher@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s).

  3. We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Please note: We may not be able to offer replacements if contacted after 7 days or if sufficient evidence is not provided.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders lost or delayed by the shipping carrier.

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes on international orders.
